I ordered some Corelle stuff for our RV kitchen. After contacting them on multiple occasions, they sent me the wrong item each time (on their dime) before realizing they had the wrong picture on the website and refunded my money. I got to keep the incorrect items. So if anyone wants, like, ten of these, let me know.
Moved out of the apartment this weekend. I was just kind of dragging my feet mentally over the move because I don’t want to leave NYC and this is just one more stepping stone on the way there.
Either way, here we are now at my parent’s house and all of our stuff is in big plastic bins. I’ll Konmari over the next month so when we move into the RV, I’ll know that everything I have in storage brings me joy.
Sometimes, the challenge of cooking under certain constraints thrills me. The idea of making meals in an RV feels exciting in that sense. Sometimes I even invent scenarios inside my head so hypothetical me can try to make a passable coq au vin in a warming pot running off a car’s 12v socket.
